Why Impact Health Staffing?
Impact Health was founded by Lawson Inglish, a young entrepreneur, and his mother, Joy Crumpler, a registered nurse with vast amounts of experience in healthcare.
Growing up in Wichita Falls, Texas, Lawson Inglish watched his mother work tireless, endless hours doing lifesaving work. This led to him having visions of how he could spare patients and nurses the consequences of staff burnout.
His dream of improving families’ lives around the country by making healthcare more efficient was noble and personal enough to inspire him to start Impact. Today, Inglish brings a youthful and driven energy to Impact’s mission to make a noticeable dent in the healthcare industry’s problems. He balances his ambitions with spending quality time with his family and friends. Being an avid outdoorsman, he also enjoys the revitalizing effects of enjoying nature’s beauty.
Joy Crumpler spent her youth helping care for her grandmother who had Alzheimer’s, which in turn gave her the desire to help others through a career in the healthcare world. Joy began her journey into healthcare at 16 years old as a CNA, quickly followed by her LVN and her RN.
Motivated by her strong need to become a caregiver, she worked in many areas of healthcare, including hospitals, long term care, rehabs, home health, and hospice. After years of bedside care, she decided to impact the administrative side of home health. Working in leadership for 9.5 years, Joy then returned to her original love of bedside care and embarked on travel assignments as a Med Surg nurse.
Joy enjoys traveling the country with her spouse, who is also a travel nurse, in their RV and seeing God’s beauty. Joy is married with two beautiful children, and she considers her family to be her life’s greatest blessing.
